Aequus Enterprise  has been established on February 8, 2013 as Sole Proprietorship.  Major products  carried by the company are Construction Materials; Electrical and Industrial Equipment, Parts & Supplies; Medical, Dental, Office Supplies & Equipment; and General Merchandise.

In November, 2014,  the company expanded its operations in Region II with a Branch Office in Cordon, Isabela, carrying out the same product line.
